Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):

    • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days after order processing.
    • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days after order processing.
  • International Shipping: Currently not available

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship internationally or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some products may be restricted from shipping to certain international destinations due to local regulations. If such a restriction applies to your order, we will notify you promptly.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@ridgesuppsllc.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work diligently to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the shipping carrier or sending a replacement order.
